Finished to a high standard, the accommodation is arranged over 3 storeys, with the entrance and living space on the middle floor opening out onto a large balcony, which is furnished with a dining table as well as coffee table and chairs. The kitchen is well appointed including a large fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Upstairs is a master double bedroom, with a private shower room and very big roof terrace, which has a fantastic view of the coastline and there are sunbeds, a freestanding hammock, another dining table set and canopy for some shade. The bedrooms downstairs are both very spacious too. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, which can join together to make a king-size double and bedroom 3 is furnished with a large double and a single bed. The 2 ground floor bedrooms have patio doors leading out into a small enclosed private garden where there is a BBQ. There is an A/C on each level as well as a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms on the ground floor where it is naturally cool. All 3 bedrooms have their own shower room and flat-screen TVs with satellite channels. This area of Kassandra is generally peaceful and quiet, with very little traffic passing by as it is towards the end of the peninsula. The closest village is Loutra, which is a lovely, traditional small seaside resort with some good seafood taverns and a thermal spa centre. There is a footpath to the sea from the house, which is approximately 250 metres down a steep hill, but there are so many beautiful beaches in this area we recommend visitors explore by car.
